Abstrakt

Niepowtarzalny wzrost Chin przyciąga uwagę całego świata nie tylko ze względu na skalę zmian, ale także z uwagi na szybkość, z jaką one zachodzą. Rosnąca siła gospodarcza umożliwiła Chinom podjęcie współpracy gospodarczej i finansowej z wieloma krajami na wszystkich kontynentach, w tym z Afryką. Chińskie zaangażowanie w Afryce obejmuje rozległe stosunki handlowe, bezpośrednie inwestycje przedsiębiorstw prywatnych i publicznych, a także pomoc rozwojową i rosnącą liczbę kontraktów. Kluczowym czynnikiem determinującym zainteresowanie Pekinu jest popyt na afrykańskie zasoby naturalne, któremu towarzyszą inne czynniki polityczne i społeczne. Artykuł przedstawia partnerstwo gospodarcze Chin i Afryki w różnych sektorach na podstawie analizy dostępnych zbiorów danych.
