Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie teoretycznych podstaw stosowania wynagrodzeń za wyniki. Na tej podstawie ustalono zasady, które powinni stosować zarządzający, projektując i wykorzystując systemy wynagradzania pracowników. Artykuł składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej omówiono teorię oczekiwań. Druga część dotyczy teorii sprawiedliwości, a w trzeciej przedstawiono teorię wzmocnienia.
