Abstract

The main goal of the paper is to identify those subfunctions of HRM and their configurations which are weighted the highest with regard to the selected fields of performance results achieved by the Polish companies engaged in foreign direct investment. The research sample was composed of 200 purposively selected organizations. Both descriptive and correlational statistics were used to analyze collected research data. The verification of the research hypotheses led to the general conclusion that particular subfunctions of HRM can determine the selected fields of company’s performance results in various ways. They may have both positive and negative influence, and furthermore, a significant role in the evaluation of their weights can be played by the configuration in which they appear and its heterogenic impact on additively evaluated company’s performance results.
