„Intelligent Factory” – new trends in development information systems for industry
Keywords:
Industry 4.0, intelligent factory, cyber-physical systemsAbstract
The determinant of the concept of an intelligent factory is the computer support of technological, manufacturing and environmental processes at the operational and management level. The theoretical part of the article discusses selected elements of the „Industry 4.0” strategy, and also indicates the prospective possibilities of using the new generation of cyber-physical systems in a production enterprise. The empirical part of the work includes the analysis of the possibilities of computer-assisted industrial diagnostics procedures using the Industrial Internet of Things tools and intelligent advisory systems.
