Reviewing procedure

Rules of paper review:

1. Two negative reviews are excluding the article from being published; if only one of the reviews is negative, the final decision on publication is due to the commitee decision.
2. At least one of the reviewers is out of the country of the author of submitted article.
3. The selection of papers will be carried out in a blind-review fashion to guarantee the impartial and high-quality selection of papers.
4. Members of the Editorial comittee verify that reviewers are free of conflicts of interest such as: personal relations, professional dependance, any kind of professional cooperation during the last two years before submitting the review.
5. Review has to be written and clearly declaring if the submitted paper is accepted or dismissed.
6. Articles are evaluated according to the following criteria: significance of the contribution, appropriateness of the literature review, quality of analysis.
7. Names of the of the editorial comittee can be found on the website and inside the printed version of the each issue without describing which article they’ve reviewed.
8. Editorial comittee makes final decision based on reviewer comments and recommendations.

Review form

Paper requirements:

1. Submitted paper should have clearly statement of purpose (hypothesis, goal etc.).
2. Appropriateness of the literature review (meaningful selection of bibliography).
3. Present reliable and valid conclusions appropriate to the methodology employed.
4. Clarity of research problem/framework ; be well-written and readable.
5. Résumé including thesis which are emerging from the crucial parts of the article.
6. Adherence to editorial requirements given in Consignes éditoriales.

Authors will be given feedback on their submission. If the articles have potential for publication, authors are expected to make the suggested revisions to their manuscript.
