Résumé

The following interview explores the theme of Haitian oraliture through the dual perspectives of Poland-based Italian researcher Sara Del Rossi and Haitian-Quebecois author and performer Joujou Turenne. Drawing on Del Rossi’s academic work on oraliture as well as Turenne’s artistic practice, the interview brings their viewpoints into dialogue and highlights questions of transculturality, French-language literature of the Americas, and the Haitian diaspora in Quebec.
