Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The article to be published should be submitted, in the electronic form, to the and should meet the following requirements:
1. the language of the article: English (preferred) or Polish;
2. basic text: up to 20,000 characters (including spaces), Times New Roman font, size 12, multiple spaces 1.15;
3. upper and lower margins 2.5, right and left 3.5;
4. title of the article: Times New Roman font, size 14, capital letters, bold type; centre alignment;
5. author’s data: first and last name, under the title, in italics, with reference in the form „*” to the footnote where the following shall be indicated: academic title/degree or the professional title, information about the represented research or didactic entity, other information about the author and e-mail address;
6. a list of keywords;
7. abstract and subheadings: Times New Roman font, size 12, bold type, no numbering;
8. description of drawings, charts, tables and their sources, left alignment, Times New Roman font, size 10, 1.0 spacing;
9. drawing, charts, tables in pdf, Times New Roman font, size 10; 10) quoting in brackets within the basic text;
11. footnotes, continuous numbering of footnotes within the article, description of a footnote: Times New Roman, size 10, single spacing;
12. bibliography, a list of documents, list of legal acts, list of case-law and list of abbreviations, at the end of the article - according to the template.
