Abstrakt

Currently, in times of enhanced mobility and constantly galloping globalization, mass immigration is one of the most significant aspects of international relations. If could well be considered as multi-aspect occurrence, which tackles many dimensions of state functioning. In respect of its contemporariness, the subject is worth investigating.
The article focuses on a certain part of reality which concerns the economic migration only as it is one of the most popular form of migration both in XX and XXI Century. The analysis is based on Swedish solutions in this field.
The aim of this article is to highlight the significance of contemporary regulations concerning economic migrations. Sweden has been selected as an example of a state permanently improving its policy towards this subject. This country could also be considered as relatively successful in implementing integration strategies for economic migrants.
