Reviewing procedure

Scientific articles are subjected to the review procedure, in which at least two independent reviewers participate, from outside the scientific unit affiliated by the author / authors of the article. Initial acceptance of the article takes about 2 weeks, the review process up to 4 months, and a total of up to 6 months for publication.

The review procedure is carried out in accordance with the double-blind review process, which means that the author / authors of the scientific article and reviewers do not know their identities.

In special cases, the reviewer is required to sign a declaration on the lack of conflict of interest - a statement that there are no direct personal relationships, i.e. kinship, marriages or professional relationships or scientific cooperation in the last two years before the review.

The review procedure ends with the review being prepared by the reviewer, which contains the explicit conclusion of the reviewer about the conditions for admitting the scientific article for publication or rejecting it. The names of the reviewers of individual publications will not be disclosed.
