Gereon Grzenia-Romanowski, kierownik Studium Wojskowego na Politechnice Gdańskiej w latach 1949–1956 (przyczynek do dziejów uczelni w okresie stalinowskim)

Abstrakt

Colonel Gereon Grzenia-Romanowski was in the years 1949–1956 head of the Military College of Gdańsk University of Technology. He cared about the level of military training of students as well as their appropriate political worldview. Due to his function, he sat in the highest authorities of this university (the PZPR University Committee and the Senate of the Gdańsk University of Technology). For this reason, he undertook many initiatives of a political, sports or social nature. He was interested in social affairs of students and the activity of political organizations. He devoted these affairs part of his social and political work to at the University of Technology.
