Abstract

With the expansion of the world’s economy, coaching is becoming an increasingly popular method of aiding employees. It enables them quickly and efficiently to increase their qualifications. This article shows coaching as an up-to-date way of improving one’s selfefficiency. It also tries to assess its effectiveness.
