Abstract

Nowadays visual identity is one of the most important elements of marketing in the companies. It allows customers to contact with the company or brand for the first time.   It happens very often that buyer’s decision about relations with the company depends on graphic design such as logo, layout or leaflet.   New companies that starts business should remember that visual identity plays the crucial role in the reaching customers. It is not only building trust between the customer and the brand but also consolidating the vision of the company and its offer in client’s awareness. In XXI century company presence on the Web plays huge role. The visual identity is an important point while entering the market. Unique graphic design and cohesion of marketing acts can not only make a good impression but also encourage the client to buy the product or service. In the face of technological progress enterprises should use their creative resources competently, because thanks to that they can acquire new satisfied clients. This is connected with achieving profit and return of investment in visual identity and good graphic design.
