The article aims to present the position of Great Britain on the European financial market. It focused on sectors of the financial industry and the operation and functioning of its individual institutions. The values of entities operating on these markets and the ways in which they allocate funds are presented. The employment structure in individual units as well as geographical dependence on jobs in a given sector were highlighted. The aim of the article is to determine the values that individual segments of the British financial sector bring at European level.
