Abstract

The text written as a result of applying the S+7 method to the name of Bruno Schulz. The method consists in replacing every noun in an already existing text by another noun listed seven entries below in a selected dictionary. Its inventor was Jean Lescure, a member of the OuLiPo (Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle) – a group of writers who based their literary works on a number of mathematical constraints.

Wirtualna autorka powstała w wyniku zastosowania metody S+7 do imienia i nazwiska Brunona Schulza. Metoda S+7 polega na zastąpieniu każdego rzeczownika w istniejącym tekście rzeczownikiem stojącym siedem pozycji dalej w wybranym słowniku. Jej wynalazcą jest Jean Lescure, członek OuLiPo (Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle – Warsztat Literatury Potencjalnej) – grupy pisarzy, którzy oparli twórczość literacką na szeregu matematycznych przymusów (contraintes).
