Revewing procedure

All texts submitted to the editors and qualified to the sections of the journal are subject to the review process. The fact of sending them is tantamount to the author's consent to the review procedure adopted by the editors.

A preliminary review, including formal and thematic evaluation, is made by the editorial staff and directed to (at least) two reviewers. The reviewers are specialists in the field of the submitted text. In the case of texts created in a foreign language, at least one of the reviewers is affiliated with a foreign institution other than the nationality of the author of the work. The submitted works will not be sent to reviewers from the same institution from which the authors come and to people who may be in the conflict of interests with the author, editor or publisher (the relevant entry is in the agreement with the reviewer). The reviewers can not be members of the editorial board of the magazine, as well as the editorial team. Reviews are made in a confidential, reliable and ethical manner (on a double-blind review basis or through written declarations of no conflict of interest).

The conclusion of the review contains one of the following statements: (1) the text to be published as it stands; (2) publication of the text after some corrections; (3) re-review of the text after making corrections; (4) the text is not suitable for publication. Reviewers are not allowed to use knowledge about the article before publishing it. After the reviewing procedure is completed, the author of the text is informed about its results. The names of the reviewers are given on the editorial page of the given issue number. The list of reviewers is also published on the website. The final qualification for printing is made by the editor-in-chief.
