Asian audiovisual culture fascinates researchers of film art all over the world, and the research displaying tropes, codes, or genres of Asian production markets expands the view on global social processes. In this call for papers, we would like to focus primarily on TV shows from Asia, emphasizing particular titles and phenomena that reach viewers around the globe.
