Call for Papers: Ars Educandi 2020
The Editorial Board of the Ars Educandi encourages you to submit scientific texts for the next issue (17/2020) entitled Research questions in the works of young scientists. First of all, we invite Ph.D. students and young scientists interested in studying the discourses of theory and practice of the relationships between education, culture, society, and politics.
The scientific editor of the journal is prof. dr hab. Krzysztof Jakubiak.
We are waiting for articles in Polish or English until February 28th, 2021.
The Ars Educandi journal is a broad platform for critical reflection on contemporary education, culture and society. Its main goal is to popularize the research results. The thematic scope of the published texts includes social sciences - primarily pedagogy, sociology, cultural studies as well as philosophy, psychology, communication and art sciences, political science and anthropology. The main goal of the journal is maintained in the spirit of critical pedagogy: we create an open, categorically pulsating space for dialogue for researchers who look at educational processes critically, interdisciplinarily, taking into account different axiological and methodological orientations. We are particularly interested in new, emerging and insufficiently problematized phenomena, considered difficult or inflammatory, which fit - by way of example - in the field of cultural studies.
In order to ensure the flow of information on the latest texts and share knowledge, Ars Educandi can also be found in the following databases: ERIH PLUS and DOAJ. The publication of articles is free, the journal is in paper and electronic form. The publisher of the journal is the Publishing House of the University of Gdańsk. The electronic version is available on the Journal Platform of the University of Gdańsk: https://czasopisma.bg.ug.edu.pl/index.php/arseducandi/index
