Abstrakt

The article includes an analysis of some provisions contained in the draft law on transparency of public life that is being proceeded at the stage of governmental legislative works concerning rules, means and procedure for making public information available. The evaluation relates to the strengthening of transparency of the activities of the state and its organs (including spending public funds and management of municipal property and the State Treasury).
