Ochrona dzieci przed biernym paleniem wyrobów tytoniowych w świetle regulacji prawnych

Abstrakt

The aim of the paper is to analyze the most important regulations currently in force in Poland in the context of the protection of children from the passive smoking of tobacco products. The considerations lead to the conclusion that the current scope of the statutory limitation on smoking these products is insufficient to fully implement the right of children to health protection. it is justified to postulate the extension of the statutory bans on the use of tobacco and tobacco products to non-public areas, and in particular the introduction of such a ban in passenger cars in which children are transported.
