Abstrakt

The right to a clean environment is guaranteed by the Third Generation of Human Rights. It is the basis on which other laws can be implemented. In the course of new activities undertaken by humanity, it is necessary to perceive the three generations as complementary and supplementary standards that guarantee the full and comprehensive protection of human rights. Currently, one of the rapidly growing areas is space activity, which has recently accelerated, providing humanity with unprecedented technological development. The vastness of space investments proves that it is an activity that will continue to develop and will become the goal of most countries in the near future. Taking into account threats that may follow, humanity should aim to keep clean space environment, which may guarantee a human right to a clean natural environment.
