The subject-matter of the commentary to the resolution of the Supreme Court of 31 May 2017 in Case I KZP 4/17 is the institution of pardon and its implementation in the case of persons found guilty in a final court judgement. The standpoint of the Supreme Court expressed in the resolution has been approved in the commentary.
