Abstract

The article sets out some reflections on the conflict of laws related to transaction and clearing systems. The primary method of identifying the applicable laws is the choice of law. The complexity of the functioning of the systems may raise the qualification problems related to the terms contained in the conflict of laws norms and make it difficult to identify the applicable law.
