Intercultural aspects in Wladimir Kaminer’s Schönhauser Allee

Abstract

The primary purpose of this paper is to explore literature as a medium which frames the encounters of different cultures by using various aesthetic means. Employing a multiple research approach based on Wladimir Kaminer’s book entitled Schönhauser Allee, the present research aims to provide an insight into the manifestation of interculturality and the realization of the concept of cultural memory.
