Abstract

The commentary aims to present the complex mechanism of financing the remuneration of medical professions. The feature that distinguishes this mechanism is the combination of external financing (budget, National Health Fund) and the employer’s funds. Besides, there is a complex structure of the remuneration of persons employed in medical professions regulated by numerous and scattered legislation.
