Author Biographies

Dominik Bień, Uniwersytet Gdański

PhD in political science and administration, employee of the Institute of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Gdansk. His research interests include the history of political thought in the 19th and 20th centuries, political opposition thought in the Polish People’s Republic, and the history of higher education in the Tri-City.

Bernard Lammek, Uniwersytet Gdański

Prof., Chemist, graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk from 1996 to 2002, Vice-Rector for Science from 2002 to 2008, and Rector from 2008 to 2016. He is the author of over a hundred scientific publications, and has acted as both a promoter and reviewer for numerous doctoral dissertations in the field of organic chemistry.
