Rola autonomii i uczestnictwa społecznego w kształtowaniu poczucia jakości życia osób z długotrwałą niepełnosprawnością nabytą

Abstrakt

W efektywnej rehabilitacji osób z niepełnosprawnością istotną rolę pełni aktywność i uczestnictwo w życiu oraz jego pozytywna ocena. Celem prezentowanych badań jest analiza związku pomiędzy autonomią i uczestnictwem w życiu społecznym oraz rodzinnym osób z długotrwałą niepełnosprawnością nabytą a ich poczuciem jakości życia. Zastosowano następujące narzędzia badawcze: Kwestionariusz WHOQOL-BREF Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia w adaptacji L. Wołowickiej i K. Jaracz oraz Kwestionariusz Wpływu na Uczestnictwo i Autonomię (KWUA) autorstwa M. Cardol w adaptacji S. Byry i M. Dudy. Przebadano 78 osób. Wyniki badań wskazują, że satysfakcjonujące relacje społeczne oraz autonomia, w szczególności autonomia dotycząca aktywności poza domem, mają istotne znaczenie w kształtowaniu poczucia jakości życia badanych z długotrwałą niepełnosprawnością ruchową. Potwierdza to przyjętą hipotezę o pozytywnym związku autonomii i uczestnictwa z odczuwanym poczuciem jakości życia.
