The Porta Aurea journal is intended for readers interested in the history of art and architecture, and is thematically focused on the artistic problems of the broadly defined Baltic Region. This profiling is not exclusive, but means that texts on the art of Gdansk, or more broadly of the Tricity, Pomerania, northern Germany, the Baltic countries, and Scandinavia constitute the core of each volume.
