Abstract

This article presents the history of the life and scientific activities of Professor Rudolf Weigl, creator of the world’s first vaccine against typhoid fever. The choice of the subject is directly related to the issue of educational challenges involving interpersonal as well as interspecies dimensions.  The subject of analysis was presented in the light of issues in the field of research work of scientists, shown in the context of wartime historical events. The purpose of the article is to introduce the topic of the requirements for scholars within the framework of educational, equality, as well as political and cultural conditions, and consequently to identify the dangers manifested in this space.
