Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of professional communication on the example
of the analysis of the verbatim report of the first soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin and
the constructor of the spaceship Sergei Korolev. Professional aviation discourse has
some peculiarities such as standardization and impersonality. Analysis of informational
and fascinative constituent parts of the conversation allows the authors to reveal
changes in professional discourse depending on objective and subjective reasons, in
particular, on the development of empathy and personality.
