Abstract

The purpose of the article is to discuss existence of religious and philosophical motifs in poetry of Helga M. Novak and to examine their relevance to its interpretation. Literary text is interpreted as a provocation which is formed under the influence of literary tradition and which, at the same time, inspires the reader to find his own interpretation.
